Congrat's KJ(Killer Joe) and Marlin (Tuna)!!!!

They made the Midland Northern Baseball All-Star Team. KJ in on the 12 yr old team and Marlin is on the 10 yr old team. That means more baseball, at least 2 more months of baseball. For all those that know the game means no more swimming on game days. That's tough for mothers of bored kids. It is fun for the boys, and I'm so proud of their hard work. Good job kids and dad. Give Kaelie $5 and she is set for the game, which allows me to keep

score for the coach.

Family Vacation

We were lucky enough to find a week free of baseball to take a family vacation. We had a great time having fun in the sun. We are now peeling that fun in the sun off our backs. We played and played. Spent most of our time at the beach, snorkling and even shared the beach with long big lizards. YUCK!!!! Some of them good eat Kaelie they were so big. It was fun to get away from real life for awhile.

Summer Haircuts

The boys try and grow their hair out every year, but summer comes along and off it goes. With the weather already reaching over 100 degrees it came off earlier this summer.

What Happens in Vegas ??????

We all went to Veags Baby!!!! What a fun time to bond with friends that are still here in Midland and freinds that have moved away. We have been blessed with the most wonderful group of friends. A joke amonst the girls is Diet Coke. Diet Coke is our coping drink of choice. What goes best with Diet Coke then M&M's and lots and lots of shopping. OH yea the husbands were there also.

Field Day

On the last week of school the boys have a track meet against other schools. Its all about having fun but to my boys its about winning.

Kaelie

Kaelie is 7 but going on 16. She is so much fun, but keeps me hopping. She just finished the 1st grade and sad to say she was my only child who loved school. She wouldn't stay home for anything. She loves to have friends around her all the time. She is my girlie girl, but would rather hang out with the boys. Sad to say, most of the boys are afraid of her. That's my GIRL.

KJ is 12 years old now and his life is busy. He is a good student, athlete, and boy. He was confirmed in December and enjoys being in Young Mens. He is on two baseball teams; The Basin Dawgs which is a traveling team and plays in tournaments around Texas and the Mets which is his little league team. He starts in January and ends middle of July. Its a good thing that he likes it.


Marlin is 10 and he is busy also. He is a good boy, student, and athlete too. Marlin has a unique quality to make everyone around him laugh. The teachers love him and he makes them laugh all the time. He is on two baseball teams a traveling team The Bombers and he is on the Mets with KJ. That makes it nice for me. He likes any sport that has a ball in it and never stops.
